Thank you all for your kind comments. I am assembling the end platforms today. They are a combination of styrene, brass band white metal. There are a few more details to be added.
Mike, I built 2 extras as I always do in case something dreadful happens to one of them. I recently dropped a Southern caboose and ruined it. Luckily I built an extra.
