Anybody here have experience with Collector's Models LLC trains? I would like to get a 3930 Crocodile to go with my Ivory and Red Dorfan passenger cars but I know nothing about the company and the quality of their products, any help would be appreciated.

John, they are pretty nice. Dorfan Crocs are tough, even from CM.
Made by Korea Brass -- manufacturer of Hiawatha and Commodore Vanderbilt sets for Lionel.
They run well and look good. No regrets on purchasing mine, and it's a great alternative to the 1134 type steamers that came with the MTH "Dorfan" pax cars.
Value is around $500 +/- on the 2nd hand market. Certain colors tend to bring more money. I've noticed the Ivory/Red (pictured below) and the Black seem to have the highest resale values. Happy Hunting....they don't show up every week.

This engine with cars is a great example of why big is not always better.

Bigger IS better in some instances, while the opposite is true in other cases.

F&G RY, no I didn't bid on that one on ebay although I was watching it. Not the right color, I'm looking for one like the one pictured above, Ivory and Red to match my Dorfan passenger cars. I'll be keeping an eye out.
