All,
I have already looked on the forum and the MTH website and have a partial answer from that. I just recently received a 5 car set of MTH French passenger cars and am enamored with them. I want to get a matching engine but after searching the internet high and low but only a 141P Mikado (20-3487-2) is available. After looking at the OGR Forum and MTH's website, I see that most premier line locomotives (including this engine) have the ability to convert to either 2 or 3 rail thanks to the "MTH Proto-scale 3-2" system.
My question is this:
What will the minimum curve be for this 2-rail MTH engine when it is converted to 3-rail?
I would assume it would be more than the 0-54 recommended from the 3 rail version due to the flanges. Many thanks in advance for your help!
