Corgi HC 1018 1:50 scale diecast model of the M4A3 Sherman Tank

This is a well detailed 1:50 scale version of the M4A3 Sherman tank. This model could be used on an O scale historical museum diorama or as a flatcar load. This Corgi model was issued as part of the "History Channel" diecast model series.

The prototype was the M4 Sherman, (officially Medium Tank). The M4 was the most numerous battle tank used by the US and some of the other western Allies in World War II.

Yes, I will concede that this isn't the way that tanks would have been shipped on flatcars across the U.S., but I prefer to have my tanks (and other WW II vehicles) battle-ready!
