Hey you Norfolk and Western fans, what would be the correct cabin to run behind my Jawn Henry. One made by Atlas and/or MTH and/or Lionel? What was the correct body color and logo for the time 1953/1957?

Go to the 2 rail forum and look under the topic Chris' N&W originally posted April 6th.
There are some color photos that may help.
I was unaware that anyone other than Sunset 3rd Rail ever did a Jawn Henry.

The Jawn Henry is a 3rd-Rail. I corrected the wording on OP to clarify.
Neither Lionel, MTH or Atlas O has made a "proper" steam era N&W caboose.
I think Weaver might have made on in brass, I don't remember.

Correct! I use a Weave brass N&W caboose/cabin when I run either my Y6b or Class A.

Sadly that is true...Weaver is the way to go.

HW and Rusty, an uh-huh moment! I must have gone "prompt stupid"(a nuclear power term) not to think of Weaver since I have some of their brass Pennsy cabins.
I presume I am looking for one without any logo but with Norfolk and Western spelled out?
Do either one of you have a fair market value for one of these?

Hate to tell you this, but I think you are looking at $250 or more, since they have been out of production for some years.

Thanks Hot Water, another 250 or so after what the Jawn Henry cost will work. I like my power and cabins/cabooses to be very close to prototypical. What is in between dose not matter as much.
