I noticed that the pinned threads are marked as "Cross Link" Can a user do this if they wish to post to multiple forums?

Even if the feature was enabled, if you did post the same topic in multiple forums you'd be in violation of the forum terms of service.
Who reads that stuff?
That's like reading the FS Rules. Kudos to you for doing so.

So that leads me to two questions.
- Where did you find the "forum terms of service?"
- So, you're saying that if I used a legitimate, enabled function of the forum I'd be in violation of above terms? Seems to me in that case the terms would be the one in violation!

Click on the TOS link on the forum menu for the rules.
Not my rules, but I can understand why this one exists. It keeps people from spamming every sub-forum with the same message while bumping the more interesting ones further down the page.

I only first saw that rules because of the last time I saw this topic came up. The link the to rules usually comes up during the semi-annual argument over bumping posts on the for sale forum lol.
