DCS commander

Can you change sound files with the DCS commander. (command base) not the TIU. Alao is their a backliht screen option on it?? Instead of lugging the tiu around I could just set this up with my windows laptop and not have to move the tiu. That way I can have my sound file and programming center with a track instead of moving stuff around.
