put pass word in to set max speed, went into settings to set max speed, area is grayed out. is this not available to set in explorer app, if its do able how do i get it to work??. if not,why not this is an important feature that should be there. thanks for help.

Make sure you are running the latest version of the app - Max Speed is a recently added feature.
Also - it seems like there were 2 places to set the speed?
I can't check right now - unfortunately - you have to have track and train setup to check the screens in question.
Check the screen where you throw couplers/run PFS...
Ok thanks ill do that. had my engine take off at 120,not fun. reset unit and app 2 times started upp up was hung up on 120 mph reset app third time back to normal 0 mph. don't want that to happen again...
I played with the Explorer on Saturday. MAX Speed does work. It was the first thing I did since I had a limited track stretch to use.
cked coupler screen , no speed setting there. have version v.302 build 48 not sure if thats newest version. only have it set up on mth not home, will have to figure out how to get updates. took quite a while to get it to work in mth mode. when i have time ill get it setup on internet/home mode.
The Max Speed setting is under the "gear" screen.
Scroll down to Speed Control
think i got it now, had to unlock max speed control in settings then find slider for max control was able to turn( or slide) down for max spend , i set it at 70. haven't run train yet to see if it works.
yea thanks guys its working now. set it at 70 has a little stop emblem on dail at 70 rest of scale is grayed out. pretty cool...
