I have 2 DCS Remotes and 2 TIU's and a TMCC Base. When I run my Atlas O SW-9 Locomotive it will only operate with Remote #1. Remote #2 shows the engine but none of the functions on the engine will work. Example: I push Start up, it reads Start up on the #2 remote but the engine will not start up. Even if I have remote #1 shut off. Both Remotes work fine with all my MTH engines. Only difference between engines other than Brand name is this engine has no room for a battery.

When you entered the Atlas engine, you gave it two different TMCC ID#'s in the two remotes. Only the remote that will operate the engine has it by it's correct number.
The DCS ID# that actually appears in the remote is of no consequence for TMCC engines.
