Hi, Folks.

I´m trying to do the DCS Upgrade from version 4.10 to 4.20.

All the connection are ok. I´m receiving the following information: The program is having a hard time to finding a TIU connected.

By the way, I´m using a old USB Belkin adapter model F5U109 and my OS is Windows 7.

I tried a new driver for the USB adapter to contain the Window 7, but the last version is Windows XP.

So, could you tell me where I can get the new driver, or another option?

Regards

A.C.Sant Anna

So you are using that adapter to go from USB port to a serial cable?

Windows 7 should be fine without the need of a special driver.

Maybe try a different USB port if you have any on the computer.

Sometimes it works better with some ports than others for some reason.

Its a Windows thing I guess.

What version of the loader program are you using?

Does it open OK?

Hi A.C.Sant Anna,

Have you checked the device manager to see if Windows is recognizing your adapter as a Com port?  If it does show up as a com port try clicking the "Options" menu in the DCS loader program and set the com port manually.  Sometimes the loader program has trouble auto-detecting USB-serial adapters on Win 7.
