The latest version is the "Rev L"" version 4.3. The TIU will have a sticker on the bottom stating what version it is. Thats the latest and greatest version. If you buy one from an Ebay seller, make sure its a reputable hobby shop so you get a warranty with it.
Leanrdro,
First, eBay is arguably the worst place to purchase DCS. You should only buy a new set from anauthorized MTH dealer so as to get the latest, un-abused product with an MTH factory warranty.
You've now been warned.
Purchase only a new DCS set with a Rev. L TIU. Do not be tempted to save a few dollars by purchasing an older model product. The older TIUs are all considerably inferior to the Rev. L in more than one way.
The latest version is the "Rev L"" version 4.3.
The latest DCS sets come with DCS 4.20. DCS 4.30 is not yet in the production pipeline.

Well, to be fair, I did see them advertised as version 4.3 on one hobby shops website, but thats neither here nor there. They are easily upgradeable for free online, Leandro. And I 2nd Barry's comment to buy from an authorized MTH dealer with factory warranty. Best way to go with any electronics....
Many good dealers perform the firmware upgrade from 4.20 to 4.30 before sending them out the door. It just a good courtesy to the customer.
Leandro,
Follow Barry's advise and purchase from an authorized Rep you never know when you are going to get a NIB faulty piece of electrical equipment, it happened to me.

Thanks, Barry and everyone!
I need to buy online, so I spoke from ebay, but I'm looking for stores that have them in stock if you could indicate some stores I thank you.
Check the new sponsor Mario's Trains. I'm not sure if he ships outside the USA but he might. He's got a pretty fair price that includes shipping to the continental USA but for where you are, I'm not sure at all. Worth an email at least!
Leandro,
Click here and then the FINDIT! button to see a list of MTH dealers that claim to have the sets in stock.

Nassau Hobbies ( another OGR sponsor) has the new ones. I just received one a week or so ago. But, I don't know about the shipping either.
