I know they did the standard cab 8-40B in ATSF, but did Overland Models offer the Susquehanna version of the engine in 2 rail O scale? I have the HO scale one, would love to find and buy the O scale one if it was done. Thanks Mike

Mike, if OM didn't and you're desperate(!), Atlas did them ... I have one ... it's great!

Atlas is a better choice than Overland junk
The later OMI stuff runs very well and all I have draw low enough amperage to use HO sound decoders. The last Atlas model I had, single horizontal motor SW drew about 5 amps!

Peter, I've got OMI and Atlas C424s. The cab area on the OM is brass, so is more, er ... delicate looking. I've taken the cab-end drive out of a couple of my Atlas diesels for cab detailing, but the haulage difference is minimal (10 -15 car trains) and means I can MU them on 'smaller' controllers. Mind you my SW hasn't asked for more than 2-amps, except when I've held it down!
