Coming from the shallow end of the electronics knowledge pool, can one of our experts tell me if I can hook up a RS4 board to the Digital Dynamics TMCC board? I have a Lionel T-1 converted ages ago, without sound.

Yes, AFAIK Ed used Lionel R2LCs with all of his motor drivers. That is what sends the sound signals to the audio boards.

It's been a while but the answer is YES if you mean a AC or DC Delux board from Digital dynamics. (no cruise though) Do you have the stuff?
Yep, the RailSounds serial output comes from the R2LC on the DD board, I've used a couple of them in the past and a standard RailSounds 4 lashup for sound.
