John. that dosent explain why I lost the issues I paid for already. It dose not make any sense that I should have to pay for a digital membership when I already paid for those issues.

Did you download your issues to your computer/tablet/phone?  Right before my digital subscription expired with a different magazine, I made sure to download all my issues locally so I didn’t lose them once my subscription was up.

So this year I decided to go back to the printed magazine and it seems I have lost access to all the previous digital issues I paid for. is there a way to view them Or am I missing something some where.  Rick

Rick,

Unless you downloaded them when you had an active digital subscription, then they are lost.  The digital subscription you bought during our special price was for access to the digital library for one year.  At that time, you could only access issues back to around 10 or so years ago.  The current digital subscription gives one access to all issues that have been published which is over 50 years worth PLUS access to the digital video library.  If you want to keep them, then you have to download them on a hard drive, memory sticks, etc.  Once you let your subscription lapse or expire, you lose access to the digital library.  We advertise the digital subscription has having access to the library with the option of downloading and saving them but that is something you have to do since we can't do it for you.

Thanks!
