Do Lionel Baby K4s have front couplers?

If it is the one from the early 2000s that is TMCC equipped than no it does not. I bought it last year NOS. Best of the baby steamers in my opinion.

Yep I’m getting 1361 from the new run to be released this December… I’m just wondering whether the brass pilot is a change to accommodate an o gauge coupler or if it will still have the cast-in coupler.

Just realized Lionel has re-released these with Lionchief. This is probably what you were asking about. But from the picture the front coupler looks exactly like the old one, non-functioning.
