Guys...get back to the OP's original topic or this will be closed....you have beat this glow thing to death. Bottom line, the locomotives in question do have the glow...I know it as I have them and so if yours does not, then contact someone to get it fixed....

No problem... i saw also you thought it wouldnt be possible to lash the VL challenger to a JLC BIG BOY or 844... I can do that too... and post it. It should work in legacy no problem.
Only thing is the switcher speed steps are different (slower) than locomotive speed steps and so you watch out for those situations...
