No. What popped into my head was a REALLY LOUD car stereo.
Really tough to tell, but it almost looks like it could be a woman driver given the hair and the style of glasses seen in the rearview........could mean something entirely different...
Or, maybe vintage Athearn HO...

When I was at the Anaheim train show a few weeks ago.....my non model train buddy wondered why I stopped to look at a table of HO stuff........'Blue Boxes' I said......a ton of mint Athearn kits.......always my first thought!!!
Reminds of when my family was still doing civil war re-enacting. Dad had a 6-pounder field gun and one of the other men who also had one had a Florida license plate that said, "6 PDR".
I always wondered what people thought that meant when he was just going down the street without the cannon on the trailer behind it.
no Dr. Who Fans here?
I know someone out here in Texas who had a Bloo Boxx plate. Blue was taken, as was Tardis, which is really just a big blue box......
Here endeth the lesson
I'm just waiting now, Popi, for someone to chime in and say yours is 2nd rate and that it should say:
PRPL BOX
Since my collection has Atlas, Weaver, Lionel and MTH mine would have to say:
ANY BOX!
What EscapeRocks said was my first thought.
clem
mine would say
ORNG BOX
That looks like O-Ring Box to me. Like maybe you're into faucet repair or something! LOL
I am a Marx trains fan. Perhaps I should get this one.....
MARXIST
But I'm sure somebody could twist that one around into some other meaning.....
If he was an undertaker...
WDN BOX

My wife believes that since there is a female driver in the car, Bloo Box may very well be a reference to Tiffany's (the well-known high-end jewelry chain) "blue box". She claims the "blue box" is recognized by women 'round the world. Ok, I added the "by women" part!! Personally, I would like to believe the OP's reference to AtlasO!
handyandy - if anyone ever offers a t-shirt with the Marx logo and the word
"MARXIST" under it, I'm in. Especially if the shirt is red. Cuban-made, maybe?
I'm a closet train-Marxist, myself; sort of a fellow-tinplate-traveler...
If you're not familiar with the Cold War, never mind; I'm old.
Perhaps "Bloo Box" is the pornographic video equivalent to this..
I didn't even think of the Dr Who reference, and I've been a fan of that show for most of my life.
As for a woman driving a car with that plate, it could still be a Dr Who fan as a lot of women are into the current version of the show (but not so much the much lower-budget version which ended in 1989).
I think Joe's wife nailed it...

I collect military models and a lot of them were made by Blue Box toys.
