Been looking at several of these, a 610-103-100 and a 61--8719-103, It looks like the blue and white wires are for a lock out switch, the red and black are in puts and brown and gray are the out puts. I would appear these are for DC motors, are there any for AC motors that could be used in American Flyer???

The two I'm aware of are the 610-8219-126 & 610-8221-126, both used in dual motored diesels.

They would be difficult to source, I would imagine.

Need to check that wire color by seeing where they feed the input diodes. Red and Black could be DC output. G

He's right, the red & black feed right to the diode bridge, the blue & gray come off the triacs.
