The R2LC is the board on top of the ERR Cruise Commander. I'd just take one from a working locomotive first and substitute. No reason to buy a new one if you don't need it.

The R2LC or R4LC at the C08 version is the one you want. For testing, the C11 or C13 will work as well if you have them.
