I also enjoyed the info on the open house prep - and I also now want some Oreos. If I lived closer, I'd make it to one of the tours.

I totally agree with everything you are saying. Those are exactly the things that go into having a successful open house. There are some that do less work but the event is not as enjoyable. I am still working on the finishing touches for the layout and the room but haven't began any house cleaning and shopping for snacks. That is an added level of anxiety. Not to mention this is the week I usually start decorating for the season. Great work as usual and thanks for making everyone aware of what you and the rest of us have to do from year to year.
BTW how you ended the video was pretty cool and funny.
