Do the ERR Railsounds have any crew or tower talk?

Can the ERR Railsounds board be connected to a TAS EOB board (with Lionel RS Sound and power board removed)?

Yep, they have generic crew-talk, similar to most Legacy except for the Vision Line stuff with road name/number specific crew-talk.

Yep, it's actually pretty simple to connect the ERR RS Commander to the EOB board, or any other RailSounds configuration.. You just need to connect to serial data, power, ground, and the speaker terminals. I've done a few of them.

Just to close out this thread, I ended up going with the full ERR upgrade and John's smoke enhancers.

I've finished the cruise and sound install and tested. The ERR Railsounds are great and while the tower and crew talk is generic, it I like it. Worth the sound upgrade from Lionel RS4.
