How long does the site take to purge inactive accounts? My last order was January 2018, and when I attempted to log in today, I got a message saying I needed to reset my password before logging in, and that an email was sent to make that so. Half an hour since, and it hasn't arrived (checked the spam bin too)
(edit) found the 2018 order email and confirmed that it's the same as my listed address here. Few more hours, and I'll have to conclude the account was purged and I'll need to make another one to pre-order.
