Does anyone know if there are any lists for the "Exclusives" - JC Penny, Macy's, Service station, etc? I've searched through the forums as well as the internet - I can find general references to individual items, but not any kind of definitive list - other than going through the Greenberg price guide and trying to find each listing

None that I'm aware of, but if one did exist, it would have been a lot of work to pull together and would not be "freely" available, I bet.

You might want to check out "Greenberg's Guide to Lionel Trains 1945-1969 Volume IV: Uncatalogued Sets" and "Greenberg's Guide to Lionel Trains, 1970-1991 Volume II: Promotions, Sets, Boxes, etc." for some of these type items.

Here’s a link to a list of the Service Station sets.
Bill Schmeelk is a very knowledgeable Lionel historian. Don’t know if he’s still working, IIRC, his business was a magician’s supply shop! Betcha didn’t see that comin’!
LCCA has an extensive on-line resource of Lionel paper. You may find some answers therein, but in order to access, you need LCCA membership.
