I just heard on Mr. Muffin's Saturday run, that the F-19's are going back to China for a decoration problem. Anyone heard of this yet, and if so for what?

In one of the recent newsletters from Mr. Muffin he says that one of the versions is incorrectly lettered. The pre-1930 paint scheme with the road number on the coal bunker and a small C. & O. under the cab window was done wrong. Instead of the C. & O. under the cab window the factory put the road number. Now the question is do the other versions have decoration problems and if only one version has a mistake is only that version going back to China rather than the whole order? Will the other versions if OK be released soon? Seems like a question to ask Lionel.

Guess it is true, all f 19's now show a shipping date of 'Est. Ship Date:12/19/2024'.

Looks like the NPC version I ordered might make it by New Year, maybe.
