i have a fastrack 036 remote switch that is causing me some problems.

The movement works fine and smooth if I throw it by hand, but if I use the remote, it sticks in the middle of the movement - halfway  between through and out. This means neither of the sensors which indicate direction are touched so the remote will no longer function til I complete the movement by hand.

I took it apart and there is no obvious obstructions causing it to stick.

Anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it?

Does it operate normally when not screwed down or on the bench?

Examine the arm and where it passes through the roadbed that rotates the lantern for a nub or a hang up point.

Did the throwbar piece become detached that is attached to the moving rail?

Check the alignment of the motor gear on the segment gear. (pie shaped thingy) Sometimes adjusting the tightness of the motor mount screws can help. A little loser or tighter. test while open.

it's a small physical item. You'll find it.
