Has anyone tried to find any of the new non 6- items on the Lionel parts support website? I have tied looking up the new Legacy 4-8-2s, 1931100, 1931120, 1931130 etc and nothing is found by item number, nor does a generic search of 4-8-2, or mountain bring them up either.

They don't show up for a spell, I suspect until the warranty runs out, but that's just speculation.
Those numbers bring up USRSA Light Mountains. They are in the system but the parts are not listed yet.
I don't agree about the warranty. If that was the case I would never be able to do Warranty Repairs. Sorry John.
I didn’t realize anyone but Lionel was still doing in-warranty repairs these days.
FWIW, most times I go for a brand new item, it's not yet in the parts system. I'm not sure exactly when they show up, but it's not right away.
