Picked up a pair of CLW power chassis, both with Pittman can motors, one with sprung trucks and one with just the wheelsets/gearboxes and motor(so I need another pair of sprung EMD trucks).  These are to long by a smidge for my Adams & Son FT shell.  So I am guessing these are for the AN F3/F7 shells.  So...I am looking for a pair of A unit shells to put these under.  The FT was an impulse buy,  I want to do a pair of ratty ex Milw Road units for a proto-freelance shortline.   So F7 shells are preferred over the high fan F3 bodies.  I also picked up this observation coach,  I will put that in NKP colors to go behind my Alco PA that will go into NKP Bluebird colors one day.    o scale finds

It could be, no way to really tell on it.  Its slightly to long for a FT, which are shorter than a normal F unit in length.  I dont have any other way to tell.  The box was for the other chassis that I used for parts, which was for an E unit.  As close as the trucks are to the motor with the shorty U joints, It looks like the one that was under a Great Northern All Nation F7 I used to own.  This just doesnt have the mounts to the body added to it yet.  I dont even remember how the chassis was mounted in the F7 A unit I used to have. But it was a CLW drive with both trucks powered.
