I'm clueless on this one. Runs for two inches, then stops. Don't even know how to get the shell off of it! Doesn't seem to have the regular screw layout similar to what Lionel uses. Frustrating!. I'll lube and grease things up and try again, but I'm thinking there's an electrical problem. Can't get the shell off! Help?

Small single screw in front, slide shell forward off clip in rear.
