Caught this train idling this morning (Pound Rd in Elma) and on my way back thru it was going thru the crossing. Decided to follow it down into the city (Buffalo) and caught it again (Indian Church in West Seneca) and a few more times.
Had to look up the WCOR lead unit which is Wellsboro and Corning. The haul was about 90 Bessemer and Lake Erie hoppers.

Good evening, over the Christmas Holiday I photographed the BP in the Homer City PA area.
The BP services the Homer City Power Plant with coal along with some other smaller business along their route between Punxsutawney and Homer City PA.

Here is a picture of the first B&P engine I have seen. However, it was not on the B&P but on the Kyle in Burlington, Colorado last month.
On US 20 in York, NY.
Here is another B&P I saw on the Kyle about 2 weeks later a little farther east of Burlington, I don't remember the location.

I live near the now vacated B&P P&S engine & car shops .Reason for this pair on my layout Brookville pa.
While labeled as NECR, this bears similar color markings to B&P. Interesting that it is an SD-40 tunnel motor. Haven’t seen any like this before in VT.

Not the best quality, but still worth a look. Often hear this one from my house. Lots of hot asphalt and propane tankers along with other mixed freight.

Thank you for posting the photograph, Jim! I know the place well! I live less than 2 miles from there!! They always have a variety of engines sitting outside the shop!
