Went out to the Fostoria Rail Park for the first time yesterday. It is really nice saw 7 trains go by in every single direction within an hour.

Nice photos.
Is the park finished? I haven't been out there in a few years.

I believe it is. Everything looked finished to me. If anything they will add things in the future. Lots of space to work with.
I'm guessing, Fostoria, Ohio?

You ARE allowed to stand outside the fence? Don't try that at Horseshoe Curve.

i think he was inside the fence, it just zigzags to the wider area you see in the pictures......how about posting some pictures of the park itself. one of the recent TRAINS mag had a brief article about the park. also, f tower is one of the few manned towers still around. i heard its the last one open on the b&o from chicago to the east coast.-jim

yes ,it is indeed Fostoria ,Ohio - likely the busiest location along with Berea,Ohio for the highest train count per day.-jim
Is there any thought to replacing or placing a new camera there? I enjoyed stopping by once in awhile to watch and listen to the action.
Ken, the fence that borders the road and sidewalk on the northeast corner of the park does have a gate which allows you to step out on the sidewalk and set up for pictures in the region of the triangle where people have been setting up and shooting for a very long time. It is a great setting and I hope it bodes well for both railfans and Fostoria.
