Is there a screw besides the one on the cab to remove the plastic boiler from the body?

Not sure that I understand your question. The boiler and the body are one and the same.
If you want to remove the chassis from the boiler, there should be two screws ahead of the first driver, one on each side, outboard and ahead of the front driver.
As RoyBoy said plus the one on top of the cab on a Franklin style loco. You probably should remove the crosshead assembly as well to facilitate reassembly. Diagram from myflyertrains.org.

You will also have to remove the brass tube inside the funnel smoke stack.
