Nice photos, but that is not a 44 tonner. Obviously the same family, but something heavier. 44 tonners do not have walk around "porches" front or back.
Nice shots of the transfer table too! You don't see that very often.

Okay, I plead ignorance. I know what a transfer table is, more or less, but what is happening here? That track looks pretty permanent and explain what the loco is doing straddling the tracks. Is the table on the far side and this somehow moves it?
Will, the track that you are seeing is for the transfer table. It will move the loco in front of one of the bays that can be seen in the background of the first and last photo.
lehighline, thanks for the info. Will, the engine rolls onto the table when it's lined up with the siding, then the table moves tell it lines up with the stall they want the engine in. In this case the F-3 backed in for service. I have video of all this I will post later. It's the only table I have ever seen. I did a nice job of backing that baby up, didn't I ? Don

Oh, duh. Now I feel stupid. I don't know why I was thinking the table ran the other way. Thanks for the photos.
I know they say there are no stupid questions but that might qualify.
Will, here's some unusual video for you. Don
