I have placed and received two parts orders within the last three weeks. BOTH arrived within about one week. This is way better service than in the past.

Lionel has cranked up the speed of parts orders, I think they're trying to show us how it should be done. 
I reached out regarding a project yesterday via the “talk to us” contact, and received a well thought out reply from a human within minutes!

Must of been a full moon or something. Weeks gone by about a warranty repair and nothing.
Another Good Job Lionel: Emailed Lionel support for some part numbers for my new EM-1 on Monday and got a reply from A**** from Lionel support on Wednesday - not bad response time! Part diagrams and numbers are not yet available.

What a guy!!! I knew somebody would pick up my masking the name of the support person; but, hey, I like Lionel steamers............and I like falling out of trees too!
I think Lionel is back in the swing of things, they shipped a couple of orders for me a couple days after I placed them.
I actually emailed them at 1:04 p.m. yesterday. I got a response at 1:21 p.m. yesterday. I fell on the floor! 😀
