I'm laying in bed in the motel on Oneida right now waiting for the family to get up. Went to the Mongolian Grill last night. Still full to my ears. Beautiful morning here in Green Bay. Was snowing in Upper Michigan yesterday when we left home though.

Like anything it depends what you're looking for . There was a decent amount of HO stuff and modern O gauge equipment . The selection of older stuff , postwar etc. was poor . The prices were astronomical in 90% of the cases . So much so that it wasn't even worth making an offer . We were way too far apart . I did get a couple of things , an American Flyer watertower and a Lionel dispatch station .
Most postwar items were 60% more than they should have been. The same with the modern stuff. Way higher than the forum or eBay. Yes I know they have to make a dime and cover the costs , but not $220 items and they're asking $450. There was a couple deals that may have been pretty fair , but not many . Mediocre 394 beacons for $49 ????!!!
One vendor I did see decent prices at and looked like it was pretty busy , was John's Trains and Hobbies , formerly known as GB TV service in Green Bay .
The modeling groups that set up have some very nice displays , and did a lot of work to set them up . So definitely hats off to them . My kids had a blast and they were giving away door prizes every hour . They also had train races which of course all kids loved.
All in all it was a very good time and worth going to.

I'm hopeful prices will come down tomorrow. But it will be nice seeing the layouts nonetheless.
Wabash 2240 AB in average condition for $400? Nope. He said he would entertain an offer, but he probably would have slapped me if I did.
There was a decent set of NYC F-3's reasonable though if one needed a set.

I went back today. Most everything that I saw on Saturday was still there today. I did strike a deal on an American flyer 785 operating coal station though. Very nice in its original box . Again I'm only reporting from the side of things that I collect and pay attention to . Postwar O gauge. Maybe other stuff sold like mad .
Saturday night we treated ourselves to over eating at the Golden Corral. Wow!
It was a really nice weekend in Green Bay. Back to rain and possibly more snow tonight here in the U.P.
Lots of fun and will be back next year.
