Greenbrier 66 foot heavy duty mill gondola
A Greenbrier data sheet for this car is attached. This car is designed with 17 heavy ribs and heavy top chord.
Note: Another Greenbrier car is also made with bulkheads.
The attached photos appear to be nearly the same as the Greenbrier car diagram. They might also be a closer match to the car made by National Steel Car company.

I can't speak to this version of mill gon but there were several versions of 65 foot mill gons made in 2 rail. I am aware of Lobaugh and Precision Scale which are brass products.
For some reason the companies that have the modern Locomotives imported are not making these modern gondolas.

Here is another mill gondola made by National Steel Car company. This one has 17 ribs.
Lionel is going to make a Greenbrier gondola sometime in 2017.

The BNSF scheme shown in the catalog is the more appealing scheme seen on common Trinity gondolas. The actual Greenbrier gondolas were black with vinyl letters and numbers different than what BNSF normally applies to freight cars. I prefer this scheme.

Look at the spartan decal schemes for BNSF and CSX in the top photos.
Do you actually want to purchase the BNSF gondolas and CSX gondolas in those extra basic decals from the builder?

This is a modern version based on a current Greenbriar Car Co design with higher sides and greater capacity than the 1930s- 40s mill gons.
Any estimates of when this product could hit the market?
