I've looked at the video, and I think that may be his wife/girlfriend/daughter/sister who is operating the train. She probably does not want to be identified, although as has been said before, moving the controller out of camera might have been a better idea. 

 

It is funny though, and has probably multiplied the number of views exponentially. 

You guys are missing the real reason for the paper bag. He's using a CW80 transformer!

This is how his wife wants him when she is at work.  The paper bag is so he won't scare the dog or cat.
