Fantastic work!
Very nice Dennis. Will you announce when they are available here on the forum or will we have to monitor your website?
I hope to have the kits available in January if not sooner. If you would like one, I'll put you on the list.
Very nice. My question is it appears the structure allows a stock car either in the middle of the structure or at the end with the canopy. Is this correct?
Looks like a neat structure, very nice. I really like the structures of this type and have yet to add one to my layout. And you can't beat the name, it's perfect!! That could also double as an ebay or other online seller's building by name!

No that is not correct. The entry on the end allows a truck to back in. The canopy on the end is used for truck unloading.
Thank you for your clarification on the structure.
Dennis,
Nice work, I like the building. Nice to have options that are not brick.
OK....is the end "opening" for unloading of stock cars, or should l pair this with a stock pen or ? I have only seen a livestock auction house and pens with a structure similar to this on the former MP in southern Kansas. It was not a packing plant. Small packing plants, like creosote plants, seem to have vanished, so dunno where to look for a prototype.

Scroll up and read the answer to your question...
The Hap Hazard Packing Co. is a fruit and vegetable shipper. Local farmers would bring their fruits and vegetables to be packed and then shipped across the country in reefers.
More than one of us think MEAT packing, as l see above. And l want a small meat packing house as a destination for stock cars from
Stock pens.
