I snagged this set for my son at York and it is a hit! The sounds are great and there a some great classic add on car options. We built out first outdoor setup for Halloween this year, hoping the rain holds off!

Chris - what a great video... you didn't say that you had the trains outside as part of a Halloween display...great idea. Would like to see some details on how you built that if you can take some daylight pictures.

I just had about a dozen trick or treaters come to the house, whereas some years there's none! And, then it dawned on me, I don't even have a pumpkin 
, nor any Halloween decorations set up. Fortunately, I had many bags of candy on hand 
When I was a kid, some homeowners set some awesome decorations, and looking back I now understand it was those people who gave kids something to look forward to. You accomplished exactly that!
I'll try to do something next year, assuming I am still around. In my basement I've got scary structures built, and some to be finished, as well as scary monster figures. Putting it all together in a Halloween display for the neighborhood kids would be a lot of fun.
Lionel ought to offer the Halloween sets with either orange or black FasTrack.
