That last two times I was at The NJ High Railers Club in Patterson, NJ they had a six car set of BMT Tri-Plex 6000 series D type cars sitting on the elevated tracks. They are not powered as of yet. When I was there last month Mike Wolf from MTH was there and I pointed them out to him and suggested that his company produce them but he did not seem to be too interested. I use to ride them during the 50s and 60s and even got to operate a train of them with help of the motorman when I was 9 years old in 1954 from the Prospect Park Station to the Kings Highway Station.

Well, let's see-

Boston: 1940s 0300 and 0900 Main Line subway cars

1950s East Boston Tunnel Line subway cars

Cleveland: CTS Airporter rapid cars (red and green liveries)

RTA Kawasaki rapid cars (as delivered and current liveries)

Newark: 1950s Hudson and Manhattan St. Louis Car Co. subway cars

Philadelphia: Market Street subway cars

          Frankford Avenue elevated cars

Broad Street Kawasaki "Orange Line" subway car

Toronto:  original red Yonge Street subway cars

Does not include any Island Modelworks or BART/ Washington Metro projects.
