Have any of you worked with this skyscraper web page for modeling work?
Would this type of modeling they show work for O Gauge? They also have a lot of steel & class structures.

If I understand correctly.....these are just virtual renderings.....like those used in video games or even movies. Not sure how we could use them on a layout....other than inspiration.
AMCDave is correct. Any more, when you search for "building models" (or "car models" for that matter) you are likely to get people selling you 3-D software models for video games, architectural drawings, etc.
I have used CG Textures....go there and you will be amazed what is available!!
