I found on YouTube last night a very old video that was posted by The Baltimore Sun Newspaper. The video is of a Christmas Train Garden that was in a Baltimore City Fire Station(which one I have no idea). The video is posted as being from the 50's/60's and it is in B/W. The first part of the video is boring with just a punch of shots of firefighters in the station until the 4:40 minute mark which goes into them starting to build the display. I believe it is from the late 50's from some of the Lionel trains that they are using like a Wabash GP-7 & B&M GP-9 and one loop of super 'O' track.

The question I have is who made the electric monorail system that they have in the display? Later on in the video it shows them still in the construction of the display and a FF is trying to get it started and removes 2 of the units and then pushes the motor piece with a stick. And then they show someone trying to put a couple of pieces of the track to the monorail together.

Years ago I met Mike Wolf at a show. I knew he was going to be there......so I made this up in an attempt to get him interested......

He agreed that it would be cool....but felt it would not be popular enough to pay for tooling when Disney license is added.

I'd still buy one if ever produced. A nice O scale model would be my dream. I have the battery op modern sets that are almost O scale......but I want a Mk II......
