Great work J Daddy. Your layout is really looking Great...Happy Holidays...Your Tennessee Connection....
Great work!
It's amazing what we can do with a combination of materials - these look terrific. We used 7" sections of 2 x 4' and 2 x 6's to make piers with great success. Cover them with brick or stone paper for good effect as well.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL.
J DADDY YOUR BRIDGE IS REALLY REALISTIC LOOKING.
ENJOY!

Just fantastic work!!!
Great work, J Daddy. What did you use for the bridge base and sides?
Those were a great find, and you've done well incorporating them.
10-4 on weathering the shiny rails between the ties.
The shiny rails below GarGraves ties are not usually noticeable when the track is ballasted. However, with an open bridge deck, I suggest taking the bridge track off and spraying it with Rustoleum Camouflage Brown. Option #2 would be to make it a closed ballasted deck and perhaps add a walkway. Regardless, I really like your prototypical appearance with straight girder spans properly supported on their concrete pillars.
Great work John !!!!
