I think a ladder track in a Yard would be the most thrown simeltaneously so I believe your set up will work okay for most all switching.

I have 17 Ross turnouts but they are operated by Tortoise DC motors powered by a 12 VDC wall wart.

I don't know the rating of the Z motors that power your Ross but can't believe they require many watts.

I would think all you want to. Assuming the LEDs draw 20ma each 25 would draw 1 amps or 20 watts continuous power. Bump that up to 30 watts for any other continuous load for the switches at idle. That would leave quite a bit for switching but not uncoupling power. Assuming you would only uncouple 1 car at a time as the uncouplers will draw the most current. If you take the uncouplers out of the mix the switches would seem to be no problem.
