Interesting. Look like 027 cars. Notice they removed the center rail?
With the amount of Kusan stuff used, it is probably Kusan 2 rail track,
The close-ups of the track appear to be of some type of all plastic track from battery set(s), and may not even be O gauge. D&G was known for "switching scales" based on the scene being animated.

One of my all time favorites. Just watched it with my wife and daughter. Were times better back then?
