I just read an article in Trains Magazine about RED CROSS CARS in WW1 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

They did mention that the only models of these cars were the 3 Red Cross Cars made by K-Line Trains a few years ago. I had a set of these and really liked them. But all my old pictures were lost in my move in 2005.

Walters offered hospital cars as kits way back when.

Con-Cor also made them in both HO & N. Lionel is also currently offering a hospital train in HO.

I bought a set and I’m pretty sure that K-Line donated some of the proceeds to the 911 fund when they came out. It’s a very nice looking set. I want to say that the entire set was only $100. Times have sure changed.
