In Search Of Plans and Swivel seats

I'm looking for swiviling lounge seats that would have been used in Hiawatha lounge cars. I have a Walthers Skytop Lounge and an Overland Beavertail that I want to detail. They don't need to move but need to be somewhat close to the prototype. Any one know who makes these?

Also, I now have seen a PRR X-42 Mail Storage Car on the auction site twice. It has gone for way more than I am willing to spend at this time, So I'm wondering if anyone has any plans for this. I checked the Model Railroad Magazine search for this and found nothing.  Here's the car.
