I hosted an informal gathering of the River CIty 3 Railers (our modular group) and a few other local train enthusiasts. I cooked breakfast. Gilly@N&W brought cooked home-made sausage. I'll feed anyone who'll come and run trains.

I also had the added benefit of getting expert advice on the ongoing construction of my layout.  I'm having issues with switches (more of that in a separate thread). A great way to spend a rainy spring morning.

Gilly,

Now I am really upset, he really makes SP Pancakes.  Man when a guy cooks like this it is mandatory that he put the word out 6 months in advance and announce it to the full OGR forum membership.  This borders on treason at the very least.  Besides that what is an inner city guy from Va making good Pa mountain man food for, his grandparents were probably from Potter County, Pa.  We make great Buck Wheat Pancakes also.
