Iphone and DCS PROBLEM

The app only looks once.  Delete it.  Turn on your TIU.  Download the app again but stop before installing it.  Switch the iPhone Wi-Fi from your your home Wi-Fi to the MTH Wi-Fi.  Complete setting up the app.  It should work just fine.  Hopefully the new version will correct this when/if it becomes available.

I wander if this is the same problem with Lionel app and my iPhone 11?  Because when I first got it worked.  Then reloaded my iPhone and it stopped working.

I have not encountered this problem with the Lionel app.  Having said that, given that it isn’t working, you have nothing to lose by deleting and reinstalling the app.  Good luck.

I have a new iPhone 14 Pro, same as yours. I got it to work on the first try but  I found some sort on nuisance icon at the top of the screen right in the way of where you would see the connected engine   or something like that. I forget which because figuring this was always going to be a real nuisance, I deleted the phone app and resumed using my $80 Craigslist iPad mini. Much bigger and easier. I only wanted the phone app for my grandson's tiny fingers. If you got it to work and are happy, that's all that matters!

My older iPhone SE or 11 never had that problem.

Thanks everyone, I’ll just use my iPad.  Funny it works on my old iPhone 6 Plus.  That’s weird. lol!  

Yep, I got the 14 to work but it is not without problems. Which iPad mini do you use.

Glad it's working. I had my iPhone 14 Pro working but couldn't stand the screen. I've attached a pic of the iPad mini. It's an older, early iteration, hence the $80 bucks! It came with a charger and a case. There are lots out there under $200.00
