You could install a bright yellow LED in the steamers or diesels, you'd have a stack fire on the spot! How cool would that be??? 
Now all we need is a huge cloud of black smoke to come out of the stacks of those old Alco diesels as they are started up! Hey GRJ, any ideas on this one?

Never, I actually don't even think about it when I order. I like to run smoke some days but not another. Almost all come with smoke so that's great. If one I liked didn't I order it anyway, and if the smoke failed on a loco I'd probably not bother to get it repaired if it otherwise ran fine.
I love the smoke and the whistle smoke. Makes it seem so real.
