In a past issue of OGR Magazine Jim wrote an article on building remote uncoupling tracks. It was probably at least a year ago. Does anyone remember the issue number!!

Hey Bill,
Good to hear from you. Thanks for the info, I don't think that I have Run 176 any longer, I'll have to look. Jim Barrett responded with Run 245. Wouldn't you know that I have a hole. I am looking at 222 - 244 and 246 - 260. It's always the one that you want that is missing.
Regards, Bob
What post!!!

Not sure exactly what you seek......
Barrett In The Backshop Video Tape Volume #2 has a segment titled "Uncoupling Magnets Without Unsightly Uncoupling Tracks". As I recall it involved modifying and customizing a section of your regular track[cutting ties, center rail, etc.] to receive the uncoupling unit. I currently do not have a working VHS machine and cannot review it. I think OGR has now reproduced it on DVD--about $20.
Spence, it is Run 245, October/November 2010, page 83. As always a very interesting Article. If you want I can try and scan it and send it to you unless you have the magazine. Thanks for the lead Bob, I didn't have a clue just the magazine to look for it.
Everyone have a nice weekend.

Ken; if you could scan it that would be great.
